These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions for the sale of goods on the Website.
We may change our Terms and Conditions or privacy policy at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on this Website.
Prices and Promotions
All prices and charges on the Website are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable but exclude delivery charges. We are not responsible for any other importation taxes, sales taxes or charges that may be levied at the delivery destination.
Although we make every effort to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, there may be rare instances where an error in pricing occurs. Should we discover a pricing error we will contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with your order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at a price shown in error.
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are valid for the specified period only. We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on the Website at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order.
Making a purchase could not be easier
Just browse through our store, add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart, and you can continue browsing and shopping. Once you have finished shopping, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked to enter your details, payment method and delivery address.
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order by clicking the "checkout" button on the secure ordering page.
Our payment process is hosted on a secure server, so your credit card details are safe.
Phone orders
If you prefer, you can place an order by phone - we accept credit/ debit card payments over the phone.

If you wish to order by post, please send your order to:

For postal orders, please state clearly:
- What you require
- Your name
- Your delivery address
Be sure to include your cheque for payment (including cost of delivery) made out to Cowsaysmoo Limited. Please ensure that you write your name and address on the back of the cheque.
If you choose to pay by cheque, please be aware that funds must be cleared before dispatching your order.
All orders made by you through our Website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in these circumstances.
After you have submitted your order we will send you a transaction confirmation email and an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.
Out of stock items
Items which are out of stock are shown on the website to be unavailable, however if for some reason you place an order and the goods are not available, we will contact you by e-mail and you will have the option to wait until the goods are available from stock, or cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.
Order Acceptance
Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us takes place when we send you an email confirming that your goods have been dispatched to you.
Delivery and Risk
For addresses within UK mainland, we aim to deliver your goods to you within 48 hours, but please allow 7 days from receipt of you order. For addresses outside the UK please allow up to 15 days from receipt of your order.
Items are dispatched using royal mail recorded delivery, therefore someone will need to sign for the package. We are happy to deliver to a work or other chosen address given when placing order.
*On rare occasions items may be lost in transit or delayed. We cannot be held responsible for delays which are outside of our control. If this occurs, please contact our customer services team by email at sales@cowsaysmoo.co.uk or by telephone on 0207 209 1215 quoting your order number and full delivery address and we will investigate with the carrier.
UK Mainland Shipping Charges
Shipping charges within UK mainland are as follows:
For clothing and soft toys:
- £2.40 for the first item, with a further £1.00 for each additional item, up to a maximum of £4.40
For larger toys:
- £4.50 for the first item, with a further £2.00 for the next item, up to a maximum of £6.50
For Mozze and LikeaBike:
- £12.50 courier charge for each item
International Shipping Charges
Shipping charges outside UK mainland are as follows:
For clothing and soft toys:
- £4.50 for the first item with a further £1.90 for each additional item.
For Mozzee, LikeaBike and larger toys:
- We will be happy to arrange delivery of these items to most countries in the most economical way. Please contact a member of our customer services team on 0207 209 1215 or at sales@cowsaysmoo.co.uk for assistance
Please be aware that any import duties and /or taxes that may be added at destination are your responsibility and are outside our control. If you require your order urgently, please call our customer services team on 0207 209 1215 to discuss alternative delivery options.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. Once the goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you.
Cancellation & Returns
Should you wish to cancel or return any goods, you may do so only in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.
If you intend to cancel your order in accordance with the cancellation and returns policy, you must keep goods in the condition in which you received them.
Prior to returning your item, you must contact a member of our customer service team with your request to make a return/exchange on 0207 209 1215 or by email at returns@cowsaysmoo.co.uk quoting your order reference number.
Cancelation and returns policy
Prior to Delivery: You may cancel your order by contacting our customer services team on 0207 209 1215 or by e-mail at sales@cowsaysmoo.co.uk quoting your order reference number.
After Delivery: You may cancel your order (or any part of it) or make an exchange for any reason within 7 working days or in the case of orders delivered internationally, 14 days of receipt of the goods, provided items are unused and in their original packaging, with all labels intact. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless it is faulty. We suggest that you send your return by recorded delivery for proof of postage.
Sales and promotional items
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on sales or promotional items, though we will be happy to offer an exchange in these circumstances.
Faulty Goods
At Cowsaysmoo we take great care to ensure every item we dispatch is in perfect condition. However, if you feel the item you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.
